Jasmine Bailey is a singer, songwriter, guitarist and all-around creative being who currently resides in San Diego, CA. In 2016, she debuted her EP, Wild Woman, which showcases Jasmine's ability to weave dreamy, romantic and empowering stories into vocally strong songs. She believes that music is a powerful tool for connection, healing and manifesting dreams.
Jasmine's empowering and earthy music has been described as a fusion of jazz, blues, soul and indie folk. Her music has a timeless and simplistic quality - one that sounds like it has been passed down generations. Her songs tell stories, cast spells and, most importantly, they offer up a raw and genuine heart in this modern age of disenchantment.
She has performed at a variety of venues from Earth Day festivals, private events, street fairs, and art walks to small cafes and house concerts. In 2016 alone, she booked over 100 shows in the greater Sacramento area. She has opened for artists across multiple genres including modern hip-hop legend Milo, folk singer/guitarist Hannah Jane Kile, and Marty O'Reilly & the Old Soul Orchestra. Jasmine is also a 2016 National winner of the Youngarts Foundation, a prestigious arts program that boasts some of the art industry's most successful artists.
